On Our Way!

So here I sit in Atlanta Airport on the floor with three electronic devices plugged into the wall "charging up" for our upcoming 16 hour flight.  Looking forward to a bit of sleep on the way!  After a late night packing and a full day of travel already it can seem like a daunting task to sit for 16 hours.  Everyone is doing great and we are already having fun together as a family working our way through the airports!  It is so nice to see already the prayer support shown on Crystelle's Facebook.  We feel very blessed to have you all behind us.

I enjoyed watching the girls reaction to the size of plane that just pulled up at our gate!  The pilots even waved to the girls as they finished their long flight.  Pretty special to share this as a family.  Can hardly wait to begin ministry and see the girls reaction to that and all we will see in Africa and Zambia.

Sometime on this flight my daughter will turn 16.  Hard to say when that is when you fly east across the Atlantic.  That will be another highlight we will remember for a long time.  A special birthday on a special flight.

We have heard already from South Africa that we may not have any internet connection while we are in Zambia.  We wanted to let you know so you understand why the blog may not get a daily update.  If there is no connection we will still update it as soon as we can with daily reports that we can keep up with and then post all at once when we arrive back in South Africa.

Please pray for safety on a flight where there is no where to go down to but water for a long time!  The longest single flight in the world officially.  We will try for an update tomorrow night on Jaelyn's birthday from Johannesburg!

We are on our way!  God bless.
